Officers Garrett Rolfe and Devin Brosnan have been charged in the Rayshard Brooks death. With a simple telephone call to the family from police officers, Rayshard Brooks would still be alive today. Be careful Black men. Beware of police officers who lack training, harbor racist hostility, and aren’t strong enough for two officers to arrest one citizen without excessive force. Domestic terrorists are just a badge away.
